I did buy gold from them recently, and in under 2 hours, the deal was sealed. I bought 4K; they did it in two installments.

I bought a 48-60 power levelling from them a while back.

They sold all the healing gear I had in the bank, it took them 3 days longer than
promised, they respecced to some weird spec and they do bot, no matter what
they say themselves. I paid my own char a visit as they were botting her on the
beach in Azshara. When they were done I had no gold on my character (although
I did not have much before they started to level so I didn't mind). Apparently they
had sold all the greens at the AH, because I got a return item from the AH that didn't
get sold that day.

In conclusion, they get the job done, but it's not a very classy service.
