what he said ^^
I doubt that they'll be able to assist you regarding account bans on that forum, why don't you call them instead?![]()

There are so many things wrong with that statement, I don't know where to start.
That's like saying "hey, I'm gonna call 911, someone just broke into my house." And then you respond with "oh no, 911 can't help, call 1-800-555-674, they're selling garden tools, they'll definitely be able to help you."

No need to be rude, is there? Try being constructive instead and contribute
something of essence to the thread
They can't help him on the forums (if you insist trying, have fun posting your
account details at a public forum). He must either call them, contact them via
the web form, or mail them at the official email adress for disputing a ban
which is [email protected] for US or [email protected]
for EU. Now, getting an email reply from them is probably going to take longer than his ban,
so I recommend calling them.
I was assuming he wants to write on the forums to get rid of his ban, if that
is not the case, then I misunderstood the purpose of the thread. Shit happens![]()

Both of those are fake emails, aren't they?

No, they are the ones used by Blizzard
More on that topic here: WoW-Europe.com Forums -> Guide: How to spot real Blizzard emails
Stop talking out of your ass.
A. [email protected] is NOT the US AA email. In fact, that isn't an email at all. The WoW AA email is [email protected]
B. AA can only be reached by email. The only 2 departments that can only be reached by phone are Billing and Tech Support, which cannot help with bans in the slightest.
C. He isn't looking to dispute the ban. He's not getting emails regarding a ban, and he's already called Billing but they've been unable to help. And even in cases where he was banned, posting on the forums can sometimes help. I have done volunteer support in the Customer Service forum for years now. I have 349 rep due to the knowledge and experience I gained from that forum, as well as experience in other fields. I know what I'm talking about. You clearly don't.
D. Don't make false assumptions about things when posting. He asked for an account, not help with the ban. I talked to him about it on AIM already.
I don't have problems with people who don't know the specific intricacies of Blizzard's hierachy and organizational structure, but when someone asks for help and you give them completely and utterly false information, parading it around as if it's real and knowledgable, it just makes me sick. The amount of misinformation on MMOwned is drastically high, and you're a prime example of one of its causes.
