Help Banning an account plx

Hey guys, I'm new to these forums and i just xfer'd 2 chars onto another account using the guys lastname. There have been so many times I've done this, thinking it was legit and they have recalled their account (with nothing on it) and then have complained to blizz or some shit causing my new account to get locked and I recieve an email later telling me to fax my ID - thing is i don't have the ID because the lastname isn't mine ><

Is there anyway i can get this account banned like without downloading anything (mai keyz r scurrd) please halp

Come on.. it's been 2 days and i've tried all i can to ban this account the worst i got was a slight warning, I spammed trade with racial comments, told a GM off, Told a GM my glider didn't work and posted proof.

Please guys there has to be an easy way
