    Character names?

    Are you still able to Transfer a character onto a server and take a placeholder name (under level 10)?

    Ive wanted a certain character name for 2 years now, and ive had enough time waiting for a appearance, havnt seen him/her online, its not on www.warcraftrealms.com and the armory..

    Am i able to xfer a cahracter (above lvl 10) onto my server and take the character name of the placeholder (under level 10)?
