Phoning Blizzard

I need to call Blizzard to change the email on one of my US accounts kinda urgent. I tried dialing the number listed on worldofwarcraft.com (1-800-592-5499) but it doesn't work. Probably because i live in Europe. I'm guessing i need to use some kind of international code to phone Blizz US from europe, does anybody know how this works? :s

Edit: So i was told that the international format of a US phone number is 001 + state code + local number

Can someone tell me in what state the billing department is located? it doesn't work without the state code and US support is down

Bah, they're telling me they can't put me trough. They couldn't even tell me how i could call wow us from Europe.

"Sorry i don't know, i've never had to call someone in the US" xD
