How to do few things on a MaNGOS serv ?

Hello.
I'm first time on this forums, so please if i wrote this into a bad section, I'm sorry.

I want to run a Instant 70 MaNGOS server with malls, etc... But i don't know how to do few things. If you know how to do that, or where i can find that, please say me.

I want:


- If a player create a character, it will automatically have a Level 70.
- Custom vendors
- Custom Teleporter, that will teleport alliance players into alliance mall and horde players into horde mall and to cities (i mean every city, town,instances,etc...)
- If a player kills a player of opposite faction, he will get some custom Marks. And with that marks he can purchase Season 4.
- Custom Season 5, that will cost Arena Points and will need Team and Personal Rating. (I have created Season 5 pieces, but i don't know how to form them into a set, i created them at WoW-V)
- Trainers that will learn spells what requires to have complete a quest (Berserker Stance, Bear Form,etc...)
- Reputation NPC
- Guards, that will have lot of HP and damage to protect malls.
- And how to activate .npc name and .npc subname (if i use that, nothing happens)
