taking back WoW account

so my friend sold his WoW account to accounts.net about 2 months ago, he was wondering if he were to call blizz and get his account back, what kind of legal actions or what actionas period would accounts.net try to do? anyone have any ideas or personal experiences?

I don't personally have any experience with them..
But it's too late for them to charge back on Paypal, and therefore "accounts.net" couldn't really do anything, so recover that account and change all info possible!

It's possible that accounts.net could call Paypal, but Chinese companies like that typically wouldn't do anything if they can't just recall an account like normal.

If you do it, just know there's a possibility Paypal could remove that money from his account. If he doesn't have the money, it'll get into a negative balance, and that will cause you problems, since you'll have to pay it back. You won't really get into any actual legal trouble if you just pay all the money back, but it's not nice having a $300-500 debt. They won't sue you, but you will have to pay back what you owe.

well his actual paypal account that he used, he deleted it, and he had someone he sold an old account to, not this one, get theirt account banned and he wanted his money back, filed a claim through paypal, and they were denied. so what if his paypal account was deleted, what will the chinese people do then any ideas?
