Fishbots: a permaban?

I've actually been botting for a while and never really looked at a fish bot twice... But now I actually want to get my fishing up! I know all about banning and such but I've never actually heard of someone getting permanently banned for just using a fishbot though... So, I present a question:

Does Blizzard automatically give you a permaban for using a fishbot , or is a lengthy suspension more likely?

Basicly they don't hand out perm-bans first, they give you a suspension, most likely 72h. That means if you have had a suspension on the acc before, and you get caught you will get a perm-ban.

But in banwaves they smack you with instant perm-ban no matter what.

I got a perma ban when I used a fishing bot...

But I had a 72 hour ban for bad language just before that.

Bot=Ban in any case may be a short period then a longer(forever), its almost like your driving lisence, be a bad boy you get points on it in the end you will lose it.

I'll just have to work on my haxoring skills and make an undetectable bot so I don't get banned at all buahahhaah... rofl.

I've had a permaban for a fishbot before but it was during an innerspace wave so I assume that would be the reason
