Will WoW EU change my email? - Fast Reponce

When the hotline opens tomorrow morning i will be phoneing WOW EU, asking them to reset my email to my hacked account, it is my original account and i know ALL the info including the CD-KEY.

My question here is, Will they reset my email over the phone if i can provide all the info?

I know they will over US but policy may differ and i cant find a 'guide' or, info thing should i say, on this.
