Will I get banned?

someone just caught me speedhacking, and he said he'd report me.

I've never really hacked before this and have never done anything against the ToS...if he reports me, will I be perma-banned, suspended, or a warning?

if he did report u, u will prolly get a ban. but hope u just said u were lagging.. altho i dont know if gms can see if u have been speedhacking.

u might just end up with a temp ban, such as a 3 day ban, or maybe a warning. its also possible that even if he did report you, that nothing will ever happen. hope for the best, but i dont think that you will get perma-banned. and i wrote this without my glasses on, so i dont know what im actually typing, so sorry for any typos lol

Yeah, I got reported by upwards of 6/10 ppl in a WSG premade for some hardcore exploiting, they all made a post about on my realms battle group forum too =D So, well my name is tarnished a lil on my twink, I didn't get a ban/warning/anything at all. GMs don't take most tickets seriuosly that I know of, you might get a warning or 3 day but thats the most in a case like this. IMO you still will be free as a bird execpt for the fact you may have a flag on your account.

+ if you get banned and have a clean record you will most likely get a 3 day ban only. - that is, if lucky.. WSG and PvP related is more serious than just running with speedhack in Ashenvale (etc.) :P

I was thinking of purchasing a glider, would I get banned?? Also, how do people find out and report you? I dont get that???

atm, glider isnt detectable. at least i believe so. i would check on the glider forums most likely, idn if that will help tho. so the only way you can get caught is if you're reported by another player. basically, this entails someone walking over to your general area, watching you run around in circles killing stuff and saying, "zOMG YOU ARE USING T3H HAXX!!!11 REPORTED LOLOLO!!1" and blizzard isnt very tolerant of players who use bots. if you are smart about how you use glider, you will never get caught. this means using it in unpopulated areas at times when not a lot of people are on. I intend to purchase glider in the near future perhaps, but i also am thinking about buying a seperate account, in case i do get caught, which is something to think about.
