addon for AH quick buy?

is there some kind of addon or mod or a macro that lets me buy multiple items in the AH... like for example i wanna buy the first 20 large prismatic shards in the list...

kinda sux having to click.. buy..click.. buy ..click.. buy.. click.. buy
if ur gonna buy like for example 20 large prismatic shards.

Blizzard fixed it in a patch a while ago to require a confirmation on purchases from the AH (killing btmfeeder and the like there of) so I doubt this is possible without using something like innerspace.
