I remember when my old account got hacked all the items were restored to me and they were BoE again. If i delete it and ask for an item restore would it work?

Yea, can confirm that BoE Items that were deleted and restored are again BoE, well, i noticed it only once with my Engi Rocket Boots, but if im not wrong you only have limited item restores (4?)
so maybe it isnt such a good idea to try

ive had 5 item restores on my priest (silly disenchants) and they also let me keep the mats on 3 occasions, could be worth a try, i mean even if you have a limited amount of restores, who's to say you'll ever use them!? :P
