Hacked...need some advice.

Hey, I bought a lvl 60 a year and a half ago, but now I'm 70 and full kara and badge geared and I've been hacked. I called blizz but I don't know the name on the account. I called a second time because I think I know the account name but they said they cant deny or confirm it. The email was never changed but it's my credit card and stuff. I also got my friend to hunt him down in nagrand, but we realized he is botting, so he won't respond.


Anyone have any advice to offer?

When you say the E-mail was never changed do you mean it is his? Because if it is you are very stupid for not changing it -_- ,but if it is yours, just retrieve your password.

I've had my account hacked recently and they were using him to sell gold. all i had to do is change my password and have blizzard reimburse everything that was lost.

you do know you can find a account name?
theres a button saying forgot account name on the site somewhere.
