I don't know how many people saw this in the massive thread I posted it in. Its been updated now to support the latest wotlk build, and you can look for additions to the spells between builds.

Added newest build stuff on, all specs for shaman and rogue talents up, ripped from DBCs.

Some values might be off, like cooldown reduction and knockback, knockback is 100 times what it actually does, and cooldown reduction is 1000 times what it does.
