Help? Credit Card Fraud?

So I wanted to start WoW again so I went to go trading for an account. The guy said he had BC on the account activated, but when I logged onto it he didn't. He said he would give me the key to activate it after the I did part of the trade - and I couldn't do anything already because I was part way into the trade and I didn't have his email confirm. or SQ/A.

Well, I never got the BC key from him. I gave him one of my accounts for another game (it was hardly a loss though, enough for him to scam me -_-). Anyway, the idiot left his credit card on the account! And he thinks I haven't removed it yet, so he's taken no action to get his account back.

I was wondering, say I change the subscription to 6 months, get the account charged (the billing cycle is on the 2nd of March), and then cancel the subscription and remove his credit card (if I put in my credit card, that would be dangerous right? - so what would I do at this point?). Just wondering what I could do in this scenario and what the consequnces might be.

I'd say do it from a cyber cafe or something. Then they can't really prove it was you.

Yeah Jail wouldn't be that big of a chance, just make sure you don't use your IP, then I dont think there is anyway they can find out.

Wouldn't you need the 3 (?) digit number ont he back of the creditcard to confirm stuff?

Too late. I guess its not really worth the risk. My friend gave me a BC key so I activated it and I don't want to get the account banned anyway.
