Whats lost in a private server?

I've got the hang of quite a bit now of WoW, i'm just wondering what do you lose if you play on a private server that you usually have on the WoW ones, thanks

What Real server got and Emu servers Dont:
-No Buggs,
-More Players,
-Working Bg's,
-Working Auction House
- Working Mail/CoD system
-Working Honor System
-All Spells, Stats really work
- All Mobs spawn/respawn
- All Quests working
- All the instances working
etc!
Playing WoW on liveServers is much more enjoyable.

The biggest thing that is lost is Uptime. Most Privs I play on crash frequently.

Lag
Bugs
Hating the way mobs agro or attack you on some servers
Working Honor System
Working BGs
All Spells Working
All Stats work
All quests are available and working
All instances working

Those are the big downsides to Privs.
