    Is there any way I can get items to show up on the characters?

    You would have to find a way to get the sandbox to load the item files. Most sandboxes aren't sophisticated enough to do such things and are meant to just test out little things or explore.

    I am using the Mangos server. I was on today that had items. For some reason I can't wear anything or see any items

    Yeah it would just be nice to explore Northrend with quests,mobs and items. But i don't think we will get that right? thats more so a prviate server thing which no one has yet.
