Banned account..Retreivable?

My rogue got banned after i traded an account for a guy to add gametime. he was legit etc but blizz didn't like the address change for the creditcard. im wondering what i can do to get it back. the account isn't mine, so could i call up and pretend my father registered it for me but passed away or something? any advice or help would be appreciated!

Go to pastebin - collaborative debugging tool and copy and paste the email you got from Blizzard. Press "Send" at the bottom and a new page will come up, and then give me the link to that page, and then post it here.
