Epic Sh*ts?

Hey, I used to play on a private server called raiden and they used to have these npc's called epic sh*ts, in the major cities like Orgrimmar and Iron Forge. There was quite a few different ones, each that sell different rare items like tier 3 armour and epic weapons and so on. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make these for my server. If it makes a difference I use WoWEmu and Amrican93's Repack for my server. Thanks in advanced.
