My friend was over one day and did a prank on me. He went on my computer and changed the password to his to account, then he went home and sent a email to Blizzard saying somone hacked his account. So my question is, would Blizzard trace my ip and ban my account because it appeared I hacked somone elses account?

They rarely use IPs to ban people.
