GM island is gone...

Didn't know where to post this, but sadly as you have read, GM island is no longer in WoW.

Now I just wounder, where the HELL are the GM's going to stay? lol

If you don't believe me check a 2.4.0 WoW private server database information on it if you have 2.4.0 server. Or Check WoW map viewer, OR go into a Private Server and try worldporting there.

GMs aren't in game anyway unless they're high ranking and they CHOOSE to be.

They're actually chatting with you on an AIM or ICQ type client that has access to some commands. GMs, for the most part, never "hung out" there.

As for GM Island, the instance is either gone or cleverly hidden.

However... The uninstanced version is still there in Kalimdor at coordinates (going from memory) 17000, 17000, 32. It's WAAAAY out of bounds past the edge of the ocean.

Not a very exciting place anyways Although I suppose the private server versions may be somewhat different than the "one" on live realms

This, its still there, and hasnt changed at all at this patch... I can still go out there with WMV and see it, unless wowmapviewer is lieing to me -.^
