How can I swap characters on accounts registered to different people?

Me and a good friend want to trade a character between accounts, is there any way to do this? Needs the same account info, figured I'd check in here before I start asking blizzard what I can do.

I'm sorry, but you can't. It won't let you.

Sorry, but I don't think it's possible.

Maybe if you could forge a copy of a document that says you changed your last name, then waited for a bit, you'd be able to do it that way. But apart from that, account transfers are restricted by the last name attached to the account.
