Whats the trick?

I know I have seen guides around for leveling, and have used them to extent, but they only work for certain occasions. Whats the quickest method of leveling besides buying powerleveling or glider? I have 11 days played and am only level 43. Is there some sort of method to the madness that is leveling in WoW?

IF YOU ARE 43 IN 11 DAYS YOU SHOULD NOT BE COMPLAINING. It took me THREE months to get to THIRTY(30).

the trick is not wasting time with stupid stuff, just do everything they say withouth worrying about anything else, on my server there's already a 63 (probably 65 by now) draenei shammy and he was 57 3 days ago. so, just kill **** fast, and don't dillydally.
