Boosting an Alt?

I'm thinking of getting a second account and powerlevel up a new char to 60 (and then transfer to main acc) using my 70 paladin. It's a tankadin with "OK" gear.

But I wonder if it's a fast way to level up a new toon and if it's possible to boost it up to 55-60~ through instances.

Is this the fastest way? Faster to quest?

My paladin got like some random blues/epics.

I think you should lvl up by quests, u got so many guides and addons now.

maybe for some quests just help with ur paladin
