It appears that the person who sent you the email forgot to say how long it was. A bit of a mistake on their part.

Send an email to [email protected], saying that you received this email. I recommend you copy/paste that email into the email you send to Account Review.

Just ask them how long the suspension will be.

And, since they made a mistake, I really couldn't tell you for sure, but it appears that you received a temporary suspension from th egame, and not a permanent ban.

Emm i get almost teh same thing and it dosent sat either how long is gonna be.

My problem is because someone take my account but anyways it dosent say and i send a messege back and they just said: we cant help you in mail, you have to call.
