[Question] Steam Tonk

Okay so earlier today i was able to click the steam tonk icon and click the flag and it would cast for like 2 sec then i would get hit by ally but it would continue to cast even though there was no bar and the flag would cap i wouldn't even need to be near it.

I was able to do this several times but now i cant do it...any ideas?
