Possible Sex change?

I heard from a friend that it may be possible to request permission to change your character's sex & features. I'm not sure how to go about doing it or wether ot not it can actually be done, but I was hoping someone here could enlighten me on this subject. Oh ya, I'd like to do it without messin with the models or anything, just wanna change my toon, not my whole race lol.

I searched all over but found nothing on this sort of topic.

I have tried multiple times through asking a GM with many different stories and it has never worked. Probably not possible, and I also failed with asking for a character looks change =/.
