ok please dont kill me for being a total noob at this and ill be asking quite a few quesions over time but right now id just like to know what is cheat engen (yes i know i spelled it wrong) and what dose it do? yes ive read other threads but im still confused.

Cheat engine....Its a progam, That you can use with Multiple games, What it does is it finds values for certain things in games and changes them, Making it easier for you to do stuff, Basically, It changes what you can't do to what you can do, Its got limits of course
