Roofs of Stormwind?

Is it possible to get on the roofs of the inner city of SW?
I would love to jump from roof to roof like a ninja (/moo) xD.
But appearently there is no way of getting up there or at least I didn't found one.
Do you know a way (without cheating/ wallwalk-hack, etc)?

Or might it even be impossible? I just was thinking of the one way of getting under SW, where you have to jump and get stuck at that lamp, and then you can just simple walk through the wall.
Are all walls of the houses the similar to that wall, so you actually cannot walk upon the roofs/houses etc.?
