They do look exactly the same if turned the right way, Island number 2 has been scaled down to make it look like it hasn't been copied.

Oh my god the inn in stormwind looks just like the one in lakeshire! Blizzard is sooo lazy!!! Gosh, why make another island when you can just crop & spawn one? This isn't a 'lazy' thing.
