Missing land

ok i didnt see this anywhere but if its a repost dont flam i was swimming to see if its possible to get to the Maelstrom and look on map and saw this




but when i look where i was there was nothing

There's many areas like that. Such as the ghostlands. There's nothing there if you swim up.

That would be known as Gilneas.

The area is Gilneas, if you go to Silverpine and to the southern end of it you see the huge Greymane Wall. If you jump past it you find a little piece of land in the mountains, pretty much empty tho.

Its so weird how if you swim places its not there but it is if you fly there and stuff

That area is Gilneas. I've climbed past the Greymane Wall, but there's only a small empty area and then the rest is blocked by a cliff.
