Kal'dorei Light Globe

Kal'dorei Light Globe is a toy you can acquire randomly from the reward chest at the end of the Withered Army Training scenario. It takes advantage of Legion's new dynamic lighting system: allowing you to place a globe which, when activated, emits light. There are some places in the game completely shrouded in darkness, where I think there is new exploration potential!

I'm already thinking of a place I explored a little while ago where this would be useful.
Under twilight highlands, near a maw, there's a hidden tower that only appears if you're at its precise spot.
It was solid dark there, I could only see my drake's burning eyes.

Could you check this for me please? I'm not even 105 yet...
I'll search for a proper screenshot of the location in the meantime.

I think I found what you were talking about. I wanted to get inside, and you can get inside by flying underneath of it, but the object and player just become invisible, because it has no inner sides. With no bottom, there's nothing to land on, either. Had to settle for landing on top to use the globe.

It's somewhat interesting how much random junk is just sitting underneath of the world, like that campfire and other doodads.

During the Diablo 20th Anniversary, the "Moo" buff you can get from killing treasure goblins causes your body to emit light the same way as this toy. So if anyone has had any places they wanted to light up (that are within 5 mins travel distance) but didn't have the light globe, you have until the 9th give it a shot. Good luck!
