Heart of Fear - Hidden Building

I don't know if anybody have seen that before. I searched the forums and youtube thoroughly but couldn't find anything related.

I hung around in Heart of Fear when I discovered a small hole in the ground.

(As druid you can get behind the instance portal with blink, I think mage can do the same.)

There's the hole:






You can simply place a darkmoon tiger or blink to get past there.






I jumped down and used goblin glider to see the terrain from below. Then I realised that there's something right underneath the dungeon.






Unfortunately you can't get there. You can bypass the disconnect walls in offline mode but there's a death zone a bit further down so your camera remains at the same position while your character keeps falling and you won't see a thing.
However, I captured a few screenshots of the building with the Machinima/Free Far Sight tool.

Not sure what it is exactly or why it's there.
It's not in uninstanced Dread Wastes though.
