As you may know, there are a lot of alpha models like the Orc with a horned helmet hidden in the wow files, they are makred UI_RS. You can find them under interface/glues
/models/. Before I move on I can explain some of the differences. The Orc is the 2001 version seen in the trailer. The Night elf has a different face, the Forsaken female resembles Kristen Stewart and has no bones poking out, the Tauren has hoof sandals, and the Dwarf is beardless. Many of those textures are 512x512 compared to the 256x256 resolution most player textures use.
Here is an example, most of you should know this from the 2001 trailer.
Now, let's move on to the Forsaken female.
The Forsaken female(Marked UI_RS_Scourge) for some reason has a player skin not used by the UI_RS model. It's just a common Forsaken skin in the normal World of Warcraft. However, in the 2003 Alpha, that texture is not just a generic Forsaken female, but a much earlier iteration of the Forsaken model . It seems to match the UI_RS model, although unlike the UI_RS model it's made to appear on a player model, the RS models have built in gear. So this skin is from a player model we don't have.
I hereby present you, the pre-2003 Forsaken female skin:
