Thank you to Jab for the video series "The Kezan Challenge." Without which I would probably still be climbing Mt. Kezan.
Thank you to Gatsby and The Wizard Trokair for various services.

I rarely check Ownedcore nowadays. Need to contact me? Message me on Discord: dovvah
All bias aside, this is one of the best exploration movies I've seen in a while.
I am truly blown away. I enjoyed Gilneas, but this Kezan video was a cut above.
Great angles, great music, great tricks of the trade. You surprised me at every turn!
I must spread my reputation, but you've got the full boat coming to you as soon as the board lets me.
You've done an amazing job, Satori, I really really enjoyed this. Holy shit. It's new, refreshing and plain awesome. Sadly, I need to spread, but don't worry, you'll get what you deserve! GJJJJJJJJ <3 Also liked the choice of music![]()
Oh yes thanks man!![]()
Nice video, +rep.
EDIT:"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to SatoriPDU again."
Glad you guys enjoyed it!
@Alfalfa First song is "The Unbearable Pageant" by Ohmygod. Second song is "Time To Pretend" by MGMT. And it was a lot of fun!

I love it! All of it looked completely dope dude, keep it up! <3
Also, nice music! The music seriously makes 50% of the experience watching exploration videos, and these songs were very original and made it really great!
What was the first song called?
I don't have a skype account. Contact me through pms or through discord.
Also, this video like straight blew my mind Satori, always think your videos are real epic, but this one was literally like just above em all. Things, just unthoughively(new word) possible, that somehow you were able to achieve, just watching the video:
was like looking back 3 minutes ago from watching your video... Like just omg @ it+5, (and i actually finally can!!!)
Very well done. But so little footage about the climbing part! (-; Well, I guess it wasn't your intention to accentuate that too much. However, I had to point that out. Everything else has been said in the remaining comments. Waiting for your next video.
Oh. One thing left. Of course I'd like to know which climbing path you took!
EDIT: Holy crap, I forgot to congratulate you for reaching the top!! GZ!

Thank you Dante, TMan, and Jab!
@Jab It's funny you mention that because throughout the creative process of crafting each of my vids I always run into a section that I anguish over how to present. For that last Gilneas vid it was the Bizzaro Gilneas section for instance. That section was about a minute longer than the final version I released throughout most of the creating process, but in the end I cut that minute off for what I thought was a better overall flow. For Kezan the section I spent the most time editing and anguishing over was Mt. Kezan. And again throughout most of the creative process that section was also at least a minute longer. But again in the end I cut off that additional minute in the hopes of a more streamlined feel, and it also fit the song better heh.
As for the paths. I really just followed the paths you guys showed in your vids. However, as I mentioned in the RA thread, towards the end of the mountain (the last ledge before the jump to the end-game ledge) the climb gets a lot harder and the paths in your guys vid are shown more generally than jump by jump specific. So at that point I improvised and climbed to the right a ways and zig zagged my way to a higher altitude to make the jump to the ledge. I probably spent as much time on reaching that one ledge as I did the entire rest of the climb lol.
I'm not completely finished with Mt. Kezan just yet. I stopped climbing midway to the true top of the mountain in order to finish the vid, so I need to go back and finish that up for an epic SS.I was kicking around the idea of making another film of the entire trip from the base of the mountain to the peak in the future, if people are interested in seeing such a vid. As you know the logistics of filming the climb of Mt. Kezan are a bit rough since falls are inevitable haha.
I've been meaning to ask you, have you guys attempted climbing Mt. Barad yet? I'd like to tackle that one for my next big mountain climb.![]()
:shh: :shh: :shh:
I didn't even know that there is a mountain in tol barad, haha. I guess I'm not very well informed.
Concerning Kezan: If you are planning to continue and if that is ok for you - I would like to join your journey to the "real" top. A trial account should be enough I guess. Just tell me if you consider that as possible.
