Hunting for Old Naxx is just about the same logically as hunting for an ice cube after it melted...its right there, just changed. The old Naxx is literally the "new" Naxx, it has just been altered. Now, that isn't to say there aren't mysteries surrounding the current, wotlk Naxx, there is still more to discover, but we really should let go of this Atlantisesque Old Naxx hope. Well respected members of the community have already provided evidence against its existence.

I know this is VERY old.... But if what everyone is saying about Naxx 60 and WOTLK Naxx having the same map ID that would mean the last possible way to enter it would be to enter through WOTLK Naxx's portal...
What I'm about to say is all hypothetical, and there's a strong chance none of it is true. anyway.....
When you enter a raid you have a single active "difficultyID" you can change anytime with scripts or right clicking your player frame 3, 4, 5, 6... (3 → 10 Player Normal) (4 → 25 Player Normal) (5 → 10 Player H) (6 → 25 Player H)
When you go through a portal, the active ID is then looped to find what version of the instance to send you to, ie 10 man normal or 25 man heroic.
If you can manage to have your active ID set to 9 (which is 40 man raid) and enter Naxxaramas simultaneously, you would then be sent to Naxx 40 (if it's still in their code).
How you ask? That's the hard part... I was thinking maybe if you have a void elf spatial rift into the Naxx portal, and before you teleport to it, someone in MC summons you, and the second you enter MC you teleport to your spatial rift, then putting you inside Naxx with the same raid difficulty ID as MC (40 man).

Wasn't Naxx40 straight up deleted, like nothing left from it?
