I was using a mountain climb hack one day and I found this cave to the west of loch modan up a hill where the tunnel rats are and I went in and it said i was in silithus very weird. Any ideas or have you guys ever been there ill post screenie if you need one.

Also had that in instanced STV, in some1s hideout it said I was in silithus

It is Ortell's Hideout; three copies exist.

Dun Morogh: East of the Airport.
Instanced STV: I believe at the ogre mound
Silithus: Along the southern area of the eastern mountain range - the correct one with Ortell inside.
