[Discussion] WoW Exploration questions

I was messing around on Exodar and tried finding a way up the mountain, this is the farthest up I've gotten and keep in mind, I'm trying to find a way without Rocket boots and other engineering stuff., all i used was slowfall and a mount.

I've been 'exploring' ever since I started playing games, to be honest. I love to find the errors and have fun with them because you basically get more lifetime out of a game that way.

Glitch I'm probably most proud of to have found ever in any game:

I just youtubed David Bowie to see if I might've heard him but just didn't realise. Nope, I really have never heard him before.

That is an absolutely wicked exploration. I don't know the game, but I can see it was a great discovery. Thanks for sharing your story.

(As for Bowie, he was a music artist in the 70s & 80s mainly known for a song called "Fame" and for playing the bad guy in the movie The Labrynth from '86. I meant it, I'm just getting old, no worries!)

Ok, so i used Xylenninja's way (kinda) to get out of Brawl'gar arena and i did some exploring, i threw together a video and it is rendering atm, I'm just wondering, am i allowed to post it on the forums or would it count as a repost because people already have explored it?

I think it depends honestly. If it's the exact same method and you're not showing anything new in the instance than I believe that is more or less a repost. However say the point of the vid is to show a cool area that hasn't been seen before once you get on the outside of an instance, then the method you use to get out seems to be insignificant. Case in point I noticed Ziozi's SFK vid where he climbs that big wall was a repost of a xPlacebox exploration, but the focal point was climbing the wall, which xPlacebox hadn't done and etc. So unless a more seasoned member of this community refutes what I've just said, it appears to be situational.

I find it is acceptable to post your video in the original thread (if it was a recent thread). Just state that you enjoyed the original poster's method so you did an exploration of your own using that method, and that you would like to share it with the community. The OP will usually appreciate seeing another member use their method.

I'm trying to get through this wall. I'm currently using glyphed eye of kilrogg, angling myself 45 degrees from the wall, and casting an eye so it spawns inside the wall. I can get about 45% of my body through but I just can't go any further. Been trying this longer than I'd like to admit.
Edit: My question is, does anybody know a way to move through walls, am I on the right track? Would this work if I used a potion to grow bigger (I have smite's compass)?

I've been trying this very same thing, except I've been using Darkmoon Tigers. It's basically the same though. I wasn't able to get completely through the walls either. Would get stuck very close to the halfway mark.
