I searched and I DID actually find 2 posts about this. But it deserves abit more attention, simply 'cause it's imba! I found this place today and read the comments about it on WoWHead, and it's quite interesting actually.
So this is a post for people who haven't seen this yet.

Anyways, as I was flying from Thunderbluff to Ratchet I noticed a Spirit Healer which could be seen while alive, so I flew back to Crossroads and headed over there to find out about this.
As I said, I read some about in on WoWHead and there are a few sentences worth mentioning.
-----------------------------------------------------
This is infact "a memorial dedicated to an Orc with the initials 'M-K'. M K was Michel Koiter, a Blizzard illustrator who passed away during the development of World of Warcraft. If you visit the memorial you'll find a spirit healer named Koiter."
"The Orc you see at the shrine is Michel's beta character to the exact pixel."
"Nice to see that the flight path from Thunder Bluff to Crossroads go over this as well. That is what made me see the name."
There's also a movie out on Youtube for the ones that can't be arsed to go there themselves. Shrine of the Fallen Warrior

Anyways, just wanted to show this to the people who didn't know about it. I find it quite cool and I'm thinking about going to the other memorial place in Hillsbrad Foothills (mentioned in this post) just to have a look.
Enjoy
