The purpose of this, is to bind your hearthstone to UNDER the house.

1: Go to Key Bindings, find "Interact With Target" and bind it to whichever key binding you wish.

2: Go under the chosen Innkeeper and type /target Matron (alliance) and /target Madam (horde)

3: Have fun

Not sure if it is possible in Orgrimmar. Orgrimmar is not solid underneath.
