Foxicopter+Demonic Circle

Hey!
I just found that the item "Foxicopter" can put out Warlock teleports.
The diffrence between Foxicopter and eye of kilrogg is that the Foxicopter can be used at places there you cant fly.(not usable in instances)
You can buy it for 1k from Sally Fizzlefury in Valley of the Four Winds.
Dont know if this is a repost could not find anything about it.

Can you buy this at say level 83? Do you have to be an engineer to buy it? And you said it can't be used in instances though? It would almost be worth the 1000g if it is possible to use it in instances. I will see if I can purchase it and play around.

I have just tried to use it in raids and it didnt let me. It is worth 1k it can also deal damage 13k per hit
