Walljumping Fixed? [Again]

Maintenance finally got done, I logged in and went to do some walljumping, and it's not easy as fu** anymore.. kind of upset about this, I guess back to the old ways again.

Edit: Either I'm a natural born pro.. Or it just simply hasn't been fixed on EU yet. Makes me wonder why they always fix US servers first..

Edit: Yup, just tried with the walljumping program and failed miserably. And I did notice it was harder than back in 4.3.4... Damn.

Wall jumping is always client side and maintenance (and also patches) are always on Tuesday in US while it's on Wednesday in EU =)

Maybe treading in deep water here, but how hard would it be to somehow edit the client to make it think the way it did back in patch 16010? I am not very good with that editing stuff, and I wouldn't know how detectable and bannable that would be. Just a thought, maybe impossible as well.

Till the next time walljumping is unfixed, at least we still have heroic leap and the druid ability, which is still somewhat working.

Small thing I did notice. The 'latching' that you could do on the mountains is not as easy or doesn't work as well. This could make heroic leaping and druid ability even harder, as that was kinda there to aid and bypass the "No path available" error.

As I can't test it right now (I'm on EU) and I don't know how hard walljumping is after the fix: Instead of latching you can also just do one walljump to position the mushrooms anywhere.

This really blows. Every time I start working on this upcoming 100th video of mine, another method gets blown away. They're not leaving me much to work with here!! Only a couple more weeks until MoP hits...

I have found using the chopper has the best results. however it very rarely gains height in its walljumps. it can be used to traverse cliffs and edges and the like, however gaining altitude seems to be beyond it.
