Seems as if there is something UNDER the place. In the third picture, You see a dwarf. Right next to the dwarf, Is a something sticking out of it. Is it a building or just a fence? I would like to know, If you dont know, I'll check there myself.

It's the old stone fencing that existed next to the road before Cata (and still exists on the rest of the roads in Dun Morogh). For some reason, blizz didn't remove the model when they placed the new objects over top of it.
