[MoP] Goblin Glider New Engineering item and the Exploration Potential it holds.

Recently, a new engineering item has been announced for pandaria, the Goblin Glider, which " Permanently attaches a specialized folding assembly to a cloak, allowing you to deploy a goblin glider and fall slowly for 30 sec. Additionally, the glider has periodic forward thrust and usually won't catch fire. The cloak can only be used once every two minutes and requires an Engineering skill of at least 500 to operate."

The keyword is "periodic forward thrust". Forever explorers have been looking for ways to get that extra push forward after using things like the parachute or Getting the upward launching proc off of the belt enchant, this now allows us to get that much needed push forward, no longer being limited to the y axis, finally being able to push forward.

Let me know if you agree with me how influential this is going to be in pandaria for Explorers.

Imo you should have posted this on the tutorial for exploration because you're not showing any exploration here, just a theory about an item

Does anyone else get the feeling we will only be able to use this in areas that also have flying mounts enabled? Or only outdoors?
