Since the creation of private servers, and even moreso the creation of map viewers basically everything has been discovered when it comes to exploration. If you want new content you'll probably have to wait till the next expansion.

Don't get me wrong, it's still fun to go to all the old places, but don't expect any big new places to be found, they were all discovered long ago.
