Basically you do the exact same thing as in this thread:

But you go to the highest place in all of Eastern Plaguelands, or you can get to Quel'Thalas by mount glitching Like in this video YouTube - WoW Exploration - Uninstanced Stratholme and Ghostlands. Instead of going to Strat, just go in Quel'thalas over the map in Ghostlands and you can fly up an infinite amount.

Just because your over the skybox, doesn't mean you can go through blue walls, They go infinity up. Also every so yards outside the blue walls, are invisible box's that you cannot go past. (When theres literally nothing there, they put invisible boxes there,)

Those boxes will be a great spot to build Custom Citys or something like that
