The New AQ 20!

We all know that AQ40 is supposed to have been changed to AQ20. However, its still instanced.

Thanks to a different thread that helped me get underground, I traveled to the zone and flew into it and explored.

Is it gonna be added as "new" content in any upcoming patch as a lvl 85 instance or? Haven't read anything about it tbh.

I never thought it was being moved to 85, but this and what the did with Naxx is making me hope they will.

AQ40 was not supposed to be changed to be a non instanced zone. Neither was aq20, iirc. The just added it to the outdoor map so you could see and explore.

Do you have a guide as to how you came to this area?

I used the CoT glitch, but you could use the above glitch. If using the CoT glitch, you MUST fly all the way to AQ and get below the "temple" and fly up.

Either way, its not AQ40 anymore. its now AQ 20. Same with AQ20 being AQ10. I have heard from MANY people that they plan to change both to 85 raids, but not blizzard. Keep looking into it. I heard at one point they were changing AQ20 just to un instanced, but I see no news on that anymore.
