Get under Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar.

Now this is really really simple.

First go to the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar - (It's the PvP gear vendor place)
Located on the map,
Here:

Go and stand Here:
[spoiler][/spoiler]
Okay, now right click the chair, like you would sit down normally.
Bam! It just dropped you through the ground, you can now run around quite a large area, under Org.

Probably should have used Hall of Legends in that title though, that's what I searched for.
