Changes to uninstanced instances?

Hey, sorry if this is a repost. But i couldn't find any simular posts.
I was trying to find a way to gain easy reputation when i stumbled across this. Mayby it always have been like this, not according to my memory tho, or mayby blizzard got some sence of humor.
The instance is Zul'farrak and it's uninstanced and filled with mobs, nonelites with normal drops. No bosses tho. Have no idea about spawntimes.

i would like to see deadmines, the zone you can go if to if you use the old levitate bug which is no longer ingame

i believe blizz made this (as with zg and aq etc etc) for cata when we will be able to fly, so that it doesn't look wierd when we actually go there (in the uninstanced [insert dungeon name])

4.0.3a - the shattering changed any outdoor instances to have mobs in them etc so that they made sense when flying over.

Lol, I spent about 30mins gettin into Old ZG only to find they took the door off so anyone can walk right in now. Everything is still the same inside.
