Secret Mountain Camp - With mobs

Ok, I was exploring Feralas earlier, and I discovered this little camp on the mountainside.. It has 3 level 40ish Gnolls patrolling around it - but it's inaccessable without some means of scaling the wall, I.E. Mind Amplification Dish... etc... Here it is:

anything exploitable about the mobs?
such as they respawn real quick? they drop lots of vendor trash that sells for alot?
anything like that?

Not that I saw while I was there - just like ordinary mobs - but interesting that a standard camp, with patrol paths should be inaccessable through normal means? - you can also jump down into silithus from further around...

Same deal as the dancing troll village. Just a filler for when you fly over the area.
